Black Oak Beer

Black Oak is a stickler for quality, character and consistency. We use premium ingredients, traditional brewing processes and lots of hard work. We love good beer and we've been inspired by other world-class beers. We want to provide you with fresh, hand crafted, local beer that matches the best of the world.

Our beers are craft brewed, prepared in small batches using a 17 Hectolitre brew house with four 34 Hectolitre Unitanks and one 34 Hectolitre Bright Beer Tank in a 4,200 sq. ft. facility. Our brewing equipment is custom engineered, high tech and Canadian made. The majority of our ingredients are Canadian. In addition, we only use reverse osmosis water (R.O. H2O) during the brewing process. This lets Black Oak have more control over the quality of our brewing water. We treat the water with minerals to make authentic styles of beer.
